The Singing Waiter Masters

The Singing Waiter Masters provide the best surprise entertainment in the UK featuring top Leading West End Musical and Opera artistes. We strive to provide our clients with a professional, undercover show which is nothing like you will have ever experienced before. We are proud to say we have won many awards in the wedding and events industry for what we have achieved over the years for our clients.
We pride ourselves on creating a unique, magical surprise show like no other for you and your guests!
From the moment the guests arrive, our actors will be interacting with them whilst playing a number of characters from waiters to planted wedding guests. These actors cleverly blend in with the other venue staff and guests without anyone suspecting a thing.
They wait until the perfect moment to create a scenario which starts off the show taking everyone by surprise because of their outstanding vocals and unique showmanship! We take the wedding party through a journey, from emotional operatic numbers to fun pop medleys! We will wow your guests with sensational voices and create a party atmosphere which involves each and every one of your guests.

A range of ‘scenarios’ are available to you. Below are some examples, but if you are interested in these, please contact us for a friendly chat and we can discuss these ideas in more detail and tailor it for your event.
Singing Waiter
The Last Day At Work For A Chef / A Hotel Manager

If your event is at a hotel, another popular scenario is the Chef’s last day at work. This works well with two performers as they bounce off of one another. The ‘hotel manager’, who has been overseeing the day’s events, announces to the guests that it is the Head Chef’s last day at the hotel. He presents him/her with a farewell gift and gives him/her the microphone to make a speech. The embarrassed Chef begins to talk…then eventually gives the guests a performance to remember! The hotel manager returns, annoyed that his chef is taking over the event, so he regains control…

A Wedding/Event Guest

This scenario particularly surprises guests…our actors pretend to be an old family friend/ business partner and they join in the festivities along with the other guests. People get to know this fictional character and enjoy chatting with them over dinner. All of a sudden, this ‘old friend’ turns into a leading West End performer!

Well what can we say. Gavin and his team put on an amazing show when they performed at our wedding. There are no words to describe Gavin and his Singing Waiter Masters. The entrance was spectacular making all the guests gasp (including me and I knew what was happening!). The songs and vocals were phenomenal, the singers worked the room with everyone rocking to the music. The atmosphere created by you all was electric and set the tone for the rest of the evening. Right up to the last verse of Nessum Dorma you blew everyone away. No other words, other than to say, "simply fantastic"! We can't thank you enough.

OMG..Where do I even start. As a wedding photographer I came across tons of wedding entertainers and I have to admit many are really good, however I have to admit after being in the wedding industry for a while there are not many acts which will take my breath away !! When I found out about "another singing waiter" performing at one of my recent weddings I though..well it will be one of those predictable shows. I realised how wrong I was as soon as Gavin opened his mount and completely took over the reception room. I have never seen anything like that, him and his other singer completely transformed the room into a West End Show .. and I mean it. Until then I wouldn't ever believe this is possible. I found out later that Gavin and all the other singers are actually proper west end singing professionals!! They even had their own sound technician to achieve that unique theatrical quality of sound. Whoever hires those guys is not hiring a "singing waiters" they are hiring The West End show right in the middle of their wedding reception!! Well done guys..I can't wait to see you again !!

OMG! My day could not have gone better. Gavin and his team were fabulous! It was a lot of work hiding it from my husband and all of the guests but he made it work. Constantly kept in touch and really worked the Disney theme I asked for. All of them did such a good job and everyone loved it. They were great with the kids who were up and dancing through all of the Disney songs and they got my husband's uncle (who I have been told NEVER gets up to dance) up and joining in! I want to do it all again just to have them back. So worth every penny and they worked so well to mingle as staff before surprising everyone. To be honest the videos do not do then justice- they are 10 times better in person. If you have doubts - forget it, hire them and you will not regret it for a second!!!! They were amazing, totally surpassed all expectations!! I booked them for my wedding and I’ve had so much guest feedback saying how they were the best part of the day! The venue have even said that they’ve seen lots of waiter acts and they were the best! Absolutely amazing! Everyone of our guests have said how fantastic their performance was. From start to end they were great. Friends and family were totally fooled by the polish waiter, having had many conversations with guests and teaching him the language, they were stunned by his act. And when the show started at breakfast, did he get everyone's attention, there was genuine concern for him as he fell. They gave our wedding the wow factor, putting everyone in a great mood as they got our guests involved, the atmosphere was buzzing. I can't thank them enough, I know I struggled to justify the expense but worth every penny. I, along with my daughter, the bride to be, deliberated for a while over whether to book The Singing Waiter Masters to perform at her wedding. It was the best decision we made! Worth every penny and more! Gavin, from start to finish, was a joy to deal with, an extremely lovely person. Not many can claim to have had West End performers at their wedding, it was spine tingling! This was no karaoke! It was absolutely fabulous, from beginning to end. A total surprise to all the guests, as well as the groom and the father of the bride. To say that the performance was enchanting is an understatement. Beforehand, Gavin, as a Polish waiter, engaged, for hours, with all our guests, whilst serving them canapés, absolutely nobody guessed he was actually an actor. Numerous guests reported to me afterwards that he was totally convincing, talking of his family and home back in Poland etc. Maria, who has played Christine, in Phantom, in the West End, acted as Master of Ceremonies, once again, nobody suspected and what a beautiful voice! The surprise performance, which took everybody by surprise, even my daughter and I, was mind blowing. The whole room was buzzing afterwards and guests and family have not stopped talking about it since. We are all obsessed with watching and re-watching the video footage. From young to the old, all got involved, laughter, singing and tears of joy ensued and the memories will never die. 'Masters' they are! Any expectations that we had were totally surpassed. Wow where to begin?! We own a wedding venue and have been looking forward to this ever since the bride said she had booked singing waiters and I was not disappointed. 5* we hired The Singing Waiter Masters for our wedding. We heard they were amazing running up to our wedding we saw in an advert that Gavin was at a wedding fair we went along to book him. From the moment we met Gavin he had us in stitches and was very passionate about making our day special. We had many conversations with Gavin, even a strange request to fall over my sister's wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble. Gavin pulled it off!! Serving our guest with no one knowing to strange conversations Gavin was having as Pablo didn’t know what they was talking about, to the act I had been waiting for and WOW the look on everyone’s face was a picture to Gavin and his colleague singing with there amazing voices. Everyone stood on chairs singing, napkins be waved in the air, to a standing ovation on every song.. Gavin even took time at the end to talk to us all. As massive West End theatre fans, we won’t forget the moment Gavin sang the first words to the first song, we sat there in total shock. He was beyond what we could have hoped for, by the time he got to the Phantom of the Opera song we were wanting him to come and be lead man in our favourite shows in the West End! His colleague Shelley was equally as fantastic and they interacted brilliantly together, complementing vocally and adding comedy to the act, they even learnt (and totally aced) a song especially for us to close out the show. But prior to the first song, being in on the 'joke' as we watched Gavin interact with our guests all day was absolutely fantastic, he received reactions ranging from shock, to mild disgust, to pure amusement and affection! Every guest we spoke to had a story to tell about their interaction with Gavin. And Shelley his partner even had us fooled, we had NO idea she wasn't an Events Organiser until she burst into song!! The Singing Waiter Masters were a show stopper for our wedding day, everyone will remember the ceremony (we hope) and the fact we got married. They may remember the food and they’ll know there was a lot of booze. But we can say with complete confidence that they will definitely remember Gavin and his team as one of the true highlights of the most beautiful day. Absolutely zero hesitation in recommending them, when we finally met Gavin in person after 12 months since booking of waiting for our Wedding, it was like greeting an old friend, what more could you want!

Gavin and his team were absolutely amazing!!! They were booked as a special surprise by my parents, my bride and I - nor any of the other guests - had a clue what was about to happen. From start to end they were incredible, when my wife and I first walked into the venue for our wedding breakfast we were met by a happy Polish waiter serving us champagne, he chatted with us and moved among the guests serving drinks and chatting. I didn't know at the time but he and his team were hidden amongst the venue's staff, chatting with many of the guests, serving drinks and waiting the tables; until Gavin revealed himself with a crash! I had my head in my hands thinking something was going wrong and then the show really started!!! Gavin grabbed a microphone pretending to apologise in his Polish accent for his calamity only to stun not only myself and my wife, but the entire wedding party when he started singing!!! He was then followed by another member of his team disguised as a member of the venue's management with Beauty and the Beast and then by one of the waitresses belting out Queen!!! No one wanted it to end, it was incredible! Our wedding was already a beautiful occasion, but these guys pushed it to the next level with a wow factor that our guests are still talking about 2 weeks later! Their performances got the party started, involved all of the guests and created a hyped and buzzing atmosphere for the rest of the evening. It is far too difficult to pick a favourite moment as each performance left me speechless, these guys know how to do it right, they created the perfect balance of humour and emotion to make our unforgettable special day, unforgettable for everyone. Gavin's rendition of Nessun Dorma (my all time favourite) brought everyone to tears, I get goosebumps just thinking about it. I can't thank him and his team enough, I hope I get to experience the whole thing again very soon when the video editing of the performances on the day is complete (the first clip is available on their facebook page 'Rendition of "Somebody to Love" at Bassmead' which is just a taste of what these guys can do)! Thank you guys for making the best day of our lives even better, I can't recommend these guys enough x

When we first met Gavin at a wedding fayre, you could tell that he loved what he did. After seeing a few clips we were hooked & booked on the spot!! During the lead upto the big day, Gavin was on hand to answer any questions & was so enthusiastic. Only a few of us on the day knew about Gavin & Julie (we had 2 singers). Gavin & Julie had been posing as waiting staff & my mum (who was with me when we booked Gavin), was telling me about a lovely young waiter she’d been talking to, this turned out to be Gavin! Once in character she hadn’t realised it was him!! When Gavin took to the stage there was chaos in the room, with guests rushing to help him after he ‘fell’! The Setup

You can choose to have 2, 3 or more West End and Opera performers at your wedding. All of our singing waiter packages includes a professional sound engineer with full surround sound production. We set up discreetly before anyone enters the room and sound check to ensure the best quality sound for the show. With his or her expertise, we are able to ensure theatre-like sound which surrounds your guests without overpowering them. Our engineer cues the music and controls the sound throughout the performance so it allows our actors to concentrate solely on interacting with your guests and giving a world class performance.
